Abstract:
The present application relates to the technical field of heat transfer printing apparatuses, and in particular to a bottom assembly for a heat transfer printing machine. The bottom assembly comprises a lower support, a bracket and a pad. The bracket is arranged on the lower support by means of a guide rail device; the bracket comprises a plastic base and a metal supporting plate; the plastic base comprises a bearing surface and positioning protrusions arranged at edges of the bearing surface; a supporting plate assembly area is formed by means of the enclosure of the positioning protrusions; the metal supporting plate is assembled in the supporting plate assembly area and is fixedly connected to the bearing surface, and the positioning protrusions extend out of an upper side of the metal supporting plate; and the pad is assembled on the upper side of the metal supporting plate and is positioned by the positioning protrusions, and the thickness of the pad is configured to protrude from and be exposed from upper surfaces of the positioning protrusions. By means of the bracket being designed to be composed of the plastic base and the metal supporting plate, the metal supporting plate can withstand high temperatures without softening, so as to ensure the structural strength of the bracket; the plastic base does not cause heat accumulation, such that the low temperature does not cause high temperature damage to a human body; and the structure reduces the overall weight of the bracket. Further provided in the present application is a heat transfer printing machine using the bottom assembly.
