Disclosed are a bottom box mounting structure and an assembly method therefor. The bottom box mounting structure comprises a wire through box (3), a decorative panel (2) and a bottom box (4). A mounting space (12) is provided between the decorative panel (2) and a wall body (1), and the wire through box (3) and the bottom box (4) are located in the mounting space (12). At least one wire box wire through hole (31) is provided in the wire through box (3), and at least one bottom box wire inlet hole (43) is provided in the bottom box (4). At least one bottom box wire inlet hole (43) is connected with at least one wire box wire through hole (31) by a wiring hose (5). The bottom box mounting structure and the assembly method therefor overcome the technical problems that the wire through box and the bottom box firstly need to be sampled and positioned in the existing home line laying construction. The decorative panel does not need to be artificially perforated in site construction, and the bottom box mounting structure has the beneficial effects of fast installation, reducing the costs and shortening the construction period.
