Description:
BOTTOM WELDED BAG OBTAINED WITH MASS PRODUCTION WITHOUT WASTAGE

Technical Field The invention relates to a bag which can be recycled, which is environmentally friendly, whose bottom base surface has been assembled with ultrasonic welding and wherein the production costs are minimized by means of mass production performed without wastage.

Prior Art As it is known, nonwoven fabrics have taken their place as a product which has rapidly become widespread in recent years and the consumers which it addresses to have rapidly increased. The bags/hand bags manufactured from nonwoven fabric are environmentally friendly and at the same time they contain recyclable materials. On the other hand, they tend to be used by consumers again because of their rigid form and because they are visually attractive. The side, front and bottom surfaces of bags and handbags manufactured from nonwoven fabric are generally assembled by means of ultrasonic welding. There are other manufacturing techniques where the sewing technique is used according to the preferences of customers.

The bags produced according to the prior art lead to certain problems resulting from the production method. The production step where the technical problem is caused is the process step related to the base part of the bag. In the present production technique, triangle and folded surfaces are formed in the base part, particularly in the corner edges. The lamination of the corner edges impairs substantially the rigidity of the base part and the form of the structure and it also causes the usage of excess materials and leads to wastage.

In the patent research regarding the prior art, the application numbered TR2012/02108 belonging to NETPAK AMBALAJ A.ยง Corporation has been encountered. In the abstract part of this application, a bag (carrier bag) fast-produced from polypropylene (pp), polyethylene (pe), laminated and non-laminated fabrics, using ultrasonic welding without sewing, generally used in the retail industry (clothing, shoes, food, etc) for housing and carrying the products after sale and the production method thereof is described. The surfaces of the bottom corners of the bag used in this production overlap each other and this causes the use of excess material and the occurrence of high amounts of wastage. Moreover, this situation also leads to negatively affect costs due to the requirement of high labor.

Description of the Invention

The object of the invention is to provide different technical properties that enable new developments in this domain differently from the bag production techniques and methods used in the prior art. The object of the invention is to individually cut the bottom base of the bag and to have a single- layer, multi-layer or laminar structure.

An object of the invention is to weld the bag base which has an individual structure to the bottom of the bag by means of ultrasonic welding. In this way, a structure with a flat bottom surface is obtained. A further object of the invention is to obtain a rigid structure which is cannot be deformed and provides a rigid structure that does not overlap each other as a result of welding the individually structured bag base to the bottom of the bag by means of ultrasonic welding.

Another object of the invention is to provide production where mass production is carried out without wastage, as a result of welding the base of the individually structured bag to the bottom of the bag by means of ultrasonic welding.

Another object of the invention is to provide production where the production and labor costs are minimized as a result of welding the bag base of the individually structured bag to the bottom of the bag by means of ultrasonic welding.

Detailed Description of the Figures

In figures 1 and 2, the views from the different angles of the bag of the invention (100) are given. Said bag (100) has carrying handles (104), front/rear surfaces (101 ) and side surfaces (102) and is manufactured from polypropylene (pp), polyethylene (pe), laminated and non-laminated non woven fabrics or woven fabrics. It comprises a main body (106) having front/rear surfaces (101) and side surfaces (102) which present a clearing along the mouth part and the base gap (107). Also it comprises a base gap (107) having the same shape as the said main body (106) and a base surface (103) fixed by the ultrasonic welding seam (105) method to this base gap (107) which has the same shape as the main body (106) and the base gap (107).

In figure 1 .2, the base surface (103) which is an important component of the invention is shown. Said base surface (103) is produced independently in another site or in a machine and has at least two short edges (1031 ), at least two long edges (1032) and corner edges (1033). Further it comprises a seam allowance (1034) for ultrasonic welding seams (105). It is not necessary to produce the base surface (103) with a cornered structure, thus it is possible to produce it with an elliptical shape, diamond shape or circular shape according to preference. Preferably, the bag (100) with a rectangle shape is welded with side vertical welding (108) preferably in one area in the first production step. However, it is possible to weld the both of the side surfaces. Once the ultrasonic welding process with side vertical welding (108) is completed the mouth part and bottom base part are obtained with an open structure. The base surface (103) of the bag (100) are dimensioned and cut in another machine. Base surface (103) which is independent is then brought closer towards to the base gap (107) of the bag (100) and the ultrasonic welding process is carried out by means of the seam allowances (1034). Thus, a bag having an open mouth section and a closed base gap is obtained. As the base surface (103) is welded as a single-layer a rigid bag (100) is provided. It is not mandatory for the base surface (103) to be a single-layer, it can also be provided as a multilayer or laminated surface. Therefore a structure where there is no material wastage and which is easy to produce is obtained. The base surface (103) has a rectangular shape similar to the base gap (107). Nevertheless, it is possible to obtain elliptical, circular and other different geometrical shapes according to preference.
