Abstract:
Provided is a bow structure of which an outer shell member of a bulbous bow is provided with a plurality of steel plates having linear-heated portions which have been subjected to a linear heating process and non linear-heated portions which have not been subjected to a linear heating process. Regarding each of the steel plates, a ratio α of yield strengths which is obtained by dividing the yield strength YP (LH, RT) of the linear-heated portion in the steel plate at room temperature by the yield strength YP (AR, RT) of the non linear-heated portion at room temperature is not more than 1.2.
