Abstract:
A bowling game machine in which a ball can be prevented from falling into a gutter without being perceived by a player. The bowling game machine (1) comprises an approach section (2) where the player throws a ball (b), a lane (3) on which the ball (b) thrown by the player rolls, a plurality of pins (5) arranged on the end part of the lane (3) opposite to the side of the approach section (2), trough-like gutters (4) provided along both sides of the lane (3) and receiving the ball (b) falling from the lane (3), a plurality of nozzle bodies (21) provided along the longitudinal direction of the lane (3) and facing to one another on the opposite outsides thereof, and a compressed air supply source (25) for supplying compressed air to each nozzle body (21) through supply pipes (22). Each nozzle body (21) jets compressed air toward the inside of the lane (3) and prevents the ball (b) from falling into the gutter (4), but it is not perceived by the player because the compressed air is colorless and transparent.
