Abstract:
A box lifting and conveying mechanism, comprising a slope (1), an escalator type lifting mechanism (2), escalator baffles (3), a conveying belt base (4), a conveying track (5), and a conveying track driving motor (6), wherein the slope (1) is provided at the bottom end of the escalator type lifting mechanism (2); the two sides of the escalator type lifting mechanism (2) are provided with the escalator baffles (3); the rear end of the escalator type lifting mechanism (2) is provided with the conveying belt base (4); the conveying track (5) is provided on the upper surface of the conveying belt base (4); the upper surface of the conveying track (5) and the highest part of the escalator type lifting mechanism (2) are located at the same horizontal plane; the conveying track driving motor (6) is provided on the conveying belt base (4); the rotating shaft of the conveying track driving motor (6) is connected to a driving wheel of the conveying track (5). The mechanism combines the characteristics of an escalator and the conveying track, achieves the safe lifting and conveying of a box, and avoids a box falling condition.
