Abstract:
A box pallet comprising a floor panel (1), stacking legs (2) erecting from four
corners of the floor panel (1), a folding left panel (3) supported rotatably between
a pair of front and rear legs (2, 2) on the left side, a folding right panel (4) supported
rotatably between a pair of front and rear legs (2, 2) on the right side, a front
panel (5) supported rotatably between a pair of right and left legs (2, 2) on the
front side, and a rear panel (6) supported rotatably between a pair of right and
left legs (2, 2) on the rear side, the right and left panels (4, 3) being stacked
on a bottom panel (1) while being folded in half and collapsed, then the front and
rear panels (5, 6) being stacked on the right and left panels (4, 3) and collapsed,
characterized in that a suspension metal (7) suspended from the wire of a crane
is fixed to the upper portions of the right and left panels (4, 3) or the front and
rear panels (5, 6) and when first and second lock mechanisms (A, B) for sustaining
the box state when the right and left panels (4, 3) and the front and rear panels
(5, 6) are erected to form a box shape are provided between the right and left panels
(4, 3) and the front and rear panels (5, 6).
