Abstract:
Disclosed is a box structure for a beauty nail painting machine. The box structure comprises a box body (001), a panel and a rear cover plate (004). The panel is composed of a lower panel (003) and an upper panel (002). The lower panel (003) is integrally formed with the box body (001). The upper panel (002) is detachably connected between the lower panel (003) and the box body (001). The middle part of the upper end of the lower panel (003) is provided with an inlet (005) for fingers. At the lower edge of the inlet (005), there is a groove (006) for reference positioning and mounting a finger fixing assembly. The outer wall of the groove (006) is convex on the outer surface of the lower panel (003). At the upper edge of the inlet (005), there is an arc-shaped limiting strip (007) for limiting the surface of a fingernail. The limiting strip (007) and the groove (006) are integrally formed with the lower panel (003). The inner top face of the box body (001) is provided with a fixed portion (008) for positioning and mounting a camera PCB board (028). The inner bottom face of the box body (001) is provided with a reference positioning support bar (009) for mounting a printing mechanism (023). The fixed portion (008) of the PCB board and the reference positioning support bar (009) are both integrally formed with the box body (001). The box structure for the beauty nail painting machine enables the position and spacing between various components that affect the quality of the painting to obtain a high degree of accurate positioning and stable assembly in one go to improve the quality of the painting.
