Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application are a bracket-free invisible orthodontic accessory, an orthodontic appliance combination, and a construction method and system. In one embodiment, the accessory comprises a bottom face for attaching to a tooth, a retention face extending upward from a partial edge of the bottom face, and a non-retention face connecting an upper edge of the retention face to the remaining edge of the bottom face; the retention face and the bottom face are arranged at an included angle of 60°-120°; the upper edge of the retention face defines the maximum height of the accessory in a normal direction of the bottom face; the retention face comprises a first retention area, a second retention area, and a third retention area which are sequentially connected along the partial edge of the bottom face; the second retention area is arc-shaped on a cross-section perpendicular to the normal of the bottom face; and an included angle between the first retention area and the third retention area is 60°-120°. In another embodiment, a construction method for a retention accessory is further comprised. By means of the accessory of the present application, the wedge-shaped retention face is integrally constructed, which enhances the retention effect on an orthodontic appliance, and in particular has more obvious advantages in an application scenario with a relatively short dental crown.
