Abstract:
Disclosed is a brain retraction device applicable to the technical field of neurosurgery medical devices, comprising: a flexible retraction component (10) comprising a dilatation ball (12), a supporting pipe (14), a connection base (16), a locking mechanism (18) locking and matching with the connection base (16), and a pressurizer connector (19) making the dilatation ball (12) expand or contract, wherein a brain spatula (20) is sleeved on the distal end of the flexible retraction component (10) and enters into the retraction passage retracted by the flexible retraction component (10) so as to keep the retraction passage in the retracted state. The brain retraction device pushes into the connection base (16) using the locking mechanism (18) and makes the dilatation ball (12) extend and become narrow so as to control the length of the dilatation ball (12); liquid is injected through the pressurizer connector (19) so that the dilatation ball (12) expands and the dilatation ball (12) contracts when the liquid is withdrawn; and the dilatation diameter of the dilatation ball (12) is precisely controlled through the quantitative control of the amount of liquid injected into the pressurizer connector (19), so as to precisely control the size and position of the retraction passage, thereby decreasing the damage that the retraction process causes to brain tissues, reducing the amount of bleeding during the operation, and protecting the cranial nerve to the greatest extent.
