Abstract:

The present invention relates to a brain-targeting, long-acting conjugate comprising a brain-targeting peptide and a physiologically active material. The present invention relates to a long-acting conjugate which passes through the brain-blood barrier and comprises a physiologically active material having enhanced long action and stability, and a preparation method therefor. The brain-targeting, long-acting conjugate comprising a brain-targeting peptide and a physiologically active material according to the present invention can pass through the brain-blood barrier and thus can treat brain-related diseases. In addition, provided is a brain-targeting, long-acting conjugate that contains a brain-targeting peptide and a physiologically active material wherein the physiologically active material retains activity in vivo and has an increased half-life in blood.
