Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of biomedicine. Disclosed are a brain tumor-targeting polypeptide, a derivative thereof and an application thereof. Specifically disclosed is use of the polypeptide in the preparation of a brain tumor-targeting drug or a detection reagent. The polypeptide is selected from metabolitin or osteocalcin. Also disclosed is a derivative of the polypeptide. The derivative is a product obtained by modifying the polypeptide by a terminus or a side chain. The polypeptide molecules can enter brain tissue across the blood-brain barrier to be combined with a brain tumor area, and the polypeptide provides a specific targeted delivery means for diagnosis and treatment of brain tumor diseases.
