Abstract:
A brake beam fatigue test bench, used for simultaneously testing the fatigue strength of two brake beams (6), and comprising a base (1) and four columns (81, 82, 83, 84) which are perpendicular to the base (1) and arranged at intervals above the base (1). A first tangential force load actuator (3) is vertically mounted between the first column (81) and the second column (82), front and rear sides of a bottom portion of the first tangential force load actuator (3) are provided with simulation wheels (2), a pressure load actuator (5) is vertically mounted between the second column (82) and the third column (83), a second tangential force load actuator (4) is vertically mounted between the third column (83) and the fourth column (84), and front and rear sides of a bottom portion of the second tangential force load actuator (4) are provided with simulation wheels (2). The brake beam fatigue test bench improves the vertical and horizontal stiffness of the test bench.
