Abstract:
The number of operations of a solenoid valve of an air brake device of a railroad vehicle including a motor vehicle is reduced.
A necessary brake force obtaining unit (12) obtains a necessary brake force which is necessary for each of vehicles or trucks of the railroad vehicle including the motor vehicle. An electric brake force detection unit (11) detects an electric brake force of the entire formation of the railroad vehicles. A brake force adjustment unit (13) distributes an air brake force so as to make up for a variation of the electric brake force with an air brake force of one vehicle or truck during an operation period of one deceleration of the railroad vehicle or from running to stop thereof. A brake force command unit (14) gives, as a command, a value distributed by the brake force adjustment unit (13) to an air brake control device (2). The air brake control device (2) controls an air brake of the vehicle in accordance with the value given as the command.
