Abstract:
Provided is a brake control mechanism of a simple structure which can regulate the operation of a moving body (11) upon a stop of power supply to a linear motor by using an existing facility.
The brake control mechanism includes: the moving body (11) which is driven by a linear motor to move on a guide rail (10); a pressing mechanism (13) which presses the moving body (11) to the guide rail (10); a hydraulic means which drives the pressing mechanism (13) by a hydraulic pressure; and a solenoid valve (7) which connects the hydraulic means to the pressing mechanism (13) so as to transfer the hydraulic pressure to the pressing mechanism (13) when power supply to the linear motor is interrupted.
