Abstract:
Disclosed are a brake cylinder clearance adjustment mechanism, a guide resistance adjusting module and a brake cylinder, belonging to the technical field of vehicle braking. The inner end of a piston pipe (122) embedded in an inner cavity of a cylinder cover pipe (113) of the mechanism is axially and fixedly connected to a piston (121). The outer end of the piston pipe (122) is fixedly connected to a guide resistance adjusting device body (141), and a square key groove and a mounting groove for a wedge-shaped adjusting block (115) are axially formed in the cylinder cover pipe (113). A cone sleeve (145) and a guide nut (143), having end faces thereof engaged with each other, are mounted in the guide resistance adjusting device body (141); and one end, away from the engagement, of the cone sleeve (145) and of the guide nut (143) respectively abut against a resistance adjusting spring (147) and a guide spring (144). An adjusting lead screw shaft (152) with an adjusting nut (131) screwed thereon is arranged in an inner hole of the guide nut (143), and a conical-toothed sliding sleeve (132) is arranged outside the adjusting nut (131). The outer circle of the conical-toothed sliding sleeve (132) is fixedly connected to a square key (198) in the square key groove on the cylinder cover pipe (113); a wedge-shaped adjusting block (115) with an adjustable radial position is mounted in the mounting groove for the wedge-shaped adjusting block (115) of the cylinder cover pipe (113); and the adjacent ends of the square key (198) and the wedge-shaped adjusting block (115) are respectively provided with an outer wedge-shaped face and an inner wedge-shaped face. By means of the brake cylinder clearance adjustment mechanism and the guide resistance adjusting module, the adjustability of the maximum adjustment-free stroke value of a brake cylinder is achieved, and the stability of a clearance adjusting amount is ensured.
