Abstract:
Provided is a brake cylinder (100) with a parking function. The brake cylinder comprises: a brake cylinder assembly (110), wherein a thrust sleeve component (6) is dynamically coupled and connected to an adjusting shaft component (5), a first end of a lever component (14) abuts against a brake piston (3), a second end thereof abuts against the thrust sleeve component (6), and a thrust supporting component (7) is connected to the thrust sleeve component (6); and a parking cylinder assembly (120), wherein a parking elastic piece (9) is elastically connected between a parking piston (11) and a parking cover plate (15), a parking transmission rod component is connected to the parking piston (11) and a parking amplifying mechanism (8), and the parking amplifying mechanism (8) is connected to the thrust supporting component (7). Further provided is a railway vehicle having the brake cylinder (100) with a parking function.
