Abstract:
A brake device integrating driving brake and parking brake functions, and a vehicle. The brake device comprises a driving brake mechanism and a parking brake mechanism, wherein the driving brake mechanism comprises a driving drive assembly, a driving transmission assembly and a driving brake assembly; and the parking brake mechanism comprises a parking drive assembly and a parking brake assembly. The driving brake assembly can brake a brake disk body, so that a vehicle body in driving is decelerated and stops; and the parking brake assembly brakes the driving transmission assembly, so that when the vehicle body needs to be braked for a long time, but cannot be stopped, or when the vehicle body needs to be braked for a long time, auxiliary braking is carried out on the vehicle body. Therefore, the brake device integrating driving brake and parking brake functions is formed, the structure is simple and compact, an occupied space can be effectively saved, and the use safety can also be effectively improved.
