Abstract:
The present invention comprises: a holding valve 313 which is positioned such that the direction from master cut valves 41, 42 toward wheel cylinders 81-84 is the self-opening direction; a first brake ECU 901 which operates the master cut valves 41, 42 in the closing directions when a brake operation is started; and a setting unit 922 which sets, as a target differential pressure for the holding valve 313 in ABS control for controlling the holding valve 313, a depressurization valve 314, and a pump 315 so as to prevent wheel lock due to the output pressure of an electric cylinder 5 adjusted by the pressurization control unit 912, a specific target differential pressure that is a target differential pressure value for achieving a state in which the sum of the wheel pressure and the target differential pressure is higher than the target pressure of the electric cylinder 5, and is lower than the withstand pressure of the electric cylinder 5 and fluid passages 61, 62.
