The invention refers to the direction and brake system of a vehicle that runs on a frozen and slippery road, because of snow, glazed ice or ice, characterized by the fact that it is composed of an independent brake and direction device, based on the direct friction force (A) and on independent direction device, based on the direct friction force (B), which are operated by a device that is manually or automatically operated (C), and by some command circuits and command transmission (D) connected together by some pipes.
