Abstract:
The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a brake disc which includes: a disc plate providing a friction surface and having a hole formed through the center thereof; and a hub coupled to the hole formed through the center of the disc plate, the method comprising the steps of: preparing a disc plate; preparing a flat plate-shaped hub; locating the flat plate-shaped hub on a surface of the disc plate; and bonding the disc plate and the hub in the manner of fitting by force, whereby the brake disc can be manufactured at high productivity to be light and highly rigid and to have a minimized weight through the improved coupling structure of a disc plate and a hub.
