Abstract:
This brake-equipped motor comprises: a rotary shaft to which a rotor is attached; a bearing that rotatably supports the rotary shaft; a brake disk provided at a position differing from the position of the bearing in the axial direction of the rotary shaft; an intermediate member that has a through-hole through which the rotary shaft is rotatably inserted, is provided between the bearing and the brake disk, and is for braking the rotation of the rotary shaft; and a slinger provided between the bearing and the intermediate member, wherein the slinger is attached to the rotary shaft, rotates together with the rotary shaft, and protrudes in a radial direction of the rotary shaft from an outer circumferential surface of the rotary shaft.
