Abstract:
A brake pad, consisting of the following materials in parts by weight: 8-15 parts of nano-bentonite, 5-12 parts of EPDM rubber, 15-20 parts of polyster fiber, 10-16 parts of ceramic fiber, 22-28 parts of nano-silicon carbide, 2-6 parts of zirconium oxide, 1-7 parts of aluminum oxide, 2-5 parts of manganese dioxide, 10-18 parts of graphite, 5-7 parts of coconut oil, 3-8 parts of silane coupling agent, 6-15 parts of nano-copper powder, 3-10 parts of iron ore powder, and 20-35 parts of carbon fiber. The brake pad has a stable braking effect and a high impact resistance, and is safe and environment-friendly.
