Abstract:
This brake system 20 comprises a plurality of electric braking devices 21-24. The plurality of electric braking devices 21-24 each have an electric motor 71, 72. In the brake system 20, an assessment as to whether or not regenerative power is being generated by the electric motors 71, 72 is made, and if it is assessed that regenerative power is being generated by any of the plurality of electric motors 71, 72, the other electric motors other than the electric motor assessed to be generating regenerative power are driven such that the amount of power consumed by the other electric motors is increased.
