Claims:
CLAIMS

1. A brake unit (100) having a brake arm (64) provided on at least one carrier (20) configured to displace linearly by means of the force coming from a brake cylinder (10), characterized in that the brake arm (64) is configured to move linearly by means of the drive received from at least one motor (62) provided on the carrier (20).

2. The brake unit (100) according to claim 1 , wherein the carrier (20) is bedded on at least one movement shaft (30) in a sliding manner.

3. The brake unit (100) according to claim 1 , wherein at least one motor (62) is provided on the carrier (20), at least one motor gear (63) is provided at the outlet of said motor

(62), at least one drive gear (65) is provided which is associated with said motor gear

(63) from the outer wall thereof and which is associated with the geared part (641), provided on the outer wall of the brake arm (64), from the inner wall thereof.

4. The brake unit (100) according to claim 1 , wherein the drive gear (65) is bedded onto the carrier (20) by means of at least one axial bearing (66).

Description:
A BRAKE UNIT

TECHNICAL FIELD

The present invention relates to a brake unit comprising electronic structure provided in tractors and similar agricultural vehicles.

PRIOR ART

A great part of the difficult and weary works based on human power can be easily realized by means of agricultural tools and machines. The rapidly developing technology makes work easier but brings accidents together. The agricultural machines used during agricultural activities are one of the main reasons of the accidents occurring in this sector.

The systems which provide deceleration and stopping of tractors, which are in moving state, are brake systems. There are two types of brakes in tractors, namely, hand brake (park brake) and foot brake (movement brake). Foot brake is controlled by foot, and park brake is controlled by hand. Braking is realized only at rear wheels in standard tractors. Braking occurs inside the wheel or at the differential outlet.

In the known state of the art, the hand brake system in the tractor has a mechanical structure. In said hand brake structure, hand brake is drawn by means of a wire. However, in the braking systems realized by means of wire, the brake system is affected unfavorably in case the wire is mechanically damaged. Moreover, since the brake system is mechanical, it is difficult to use for the user.

In the literature, there is the utility model application with application number CN2375557 and with title“Vehicle brake control device”. In said application, a direction control handle is provided with a brake control button; a brake cable is wound around the exterior of a rotating ring which is sheathed by a telescopic rod; the inner wall of the rotating ring is provided with a helical groove, and a small steelhead of the telescopic rod, which is connected with the brake control button is inlaid in the groove; when the brake control button is pressed, the rotating ring is driven to rotate and the brake cable is tensioned, and consequently, the purpose of braking is achieved. In said application, besides wire drawing, a physical brake mechanism is also disclosed. As a result, because of all of the abovementioned problems, an improvement is required in the related technical field.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to an electronic brake unit, for eliminating the above mentioned disadvantages and for bringing new advantages to the related technical field.

An object of the present invention is to provide a brake unit which mechanically provides instantaneous braking and which electronically provides park brake by means of foot pedal through a single mechanism.

Another object of the present invention is to increase resistance in park brake thanks to the structure where no wire is used.

Another object of the present invention is to facilitate usage thanks to the electronic park brake structure.

In order to realize all of the abovementioned objects and the objects which are to be deducted from the detailed description below, the present invention relates to a brake unit having a brake arm provided on at least one carrier configured to displace linearly by means of the force coming from a brake cylinder. Accordingly, the brake arm is configured to move linearly by means of the drive received from at least one motor provided on the carrier. Thus, a resistant and easy-to-use park brake structure is provided in electronic structure.

In a possible embodiment of the present invention, the carrier is bedded on at least one movement shaft in a sliding manner.

In a possible embodiment of the present invention, at least one motor is provided on the carrier, at least one motor gear is provided at the outlet of said motor, at least one drive gear is provided which is associated with said motor gear from the outer wall thereof and which is associated with the geared part, provided on the outer wall of the brake arm, from the inner wall thereof.

In a possible embodiment of the present invention, the drive gear is bedded onto the carrier by means of at least one axial bearing. In a possible embodiment of the present invention, at least one control unit is provided which provides activation of the motor when a hand brake of the motor is drawn.

Figure 1 is a representative schematic view of the subject matter brake unit.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

In this detailed description, the subject matter brake unit (100) is explained with references to examples without forming any restrictive effect only in order to make the subject more understandable.

In Figure 1 , a representative schematic view of the subject matter brake unit (100) is given. The present invention relates to a brake unit (100) comprising electronic structure provided in tractors and in similar agricultural vehicles. Said brake unit (100) is configured such that a brake arm (64), provided through at least one carrier (20) configured to displace linearly by means of the force coming from a brake cylinder (10), moves linearly by means of the drive received from at least one motor (62) provided on the carrier (20).

In said brake unit (100), there is a hydraulic brake cylinder (10) which provides instantaneous stopping as the driver presses the brake pedal during the normal usage of the vehicle. Said brake cylinder (10) is connected to a carrier (20). As the brake pedal is pressed, said carrier (20) linearly moves forwardly by means of the brake cylinder (10). Said carrier (20) is connected onto the bearings (40) by means of the movement shafts (30). The forward and backward linear movement of said carrier (20) is provided by means of said bearings (40). There is fixed support (50) at the lower part of said carrier (20). Said fixed supports (50) prevent said carrier (20) from being lowered more than a specific distance.

Said carrier (20) moves by means of the hand brake (60) and also provides park brake. There is a motor (62) positioned on said carrier (20). The motor gear (63), provided at the lower part of said motor (62), is connected to the drive gear (65) from the outer wall thereof. Said drive gear (65) is connected to the geared part (641) provided on the outer wall of a brake arm (64) from the inner wall thereof. Said drive gear (65) is bedded onto said carrier (20) by means of at least one axial bearing (66). In case the hand brake is drawn by the driver, a control unit (61) activates said motor (62). By means of the rotational movement of the motor gear (63) provided at the lower part of said motor (62), the drive gear (65) also begins rotation. By means of the rotation of said drive gear (65), said brake arm (64) connected to the inner wall of said drive gear (65) moves forwardly in linear direction. By means of the forward movement of the brake arm (64), said carrier (20) is pushed forwardly in linear direction. Thus, said carrier (20) is continuously fixed and provides park brake.

The protection scope of the present invention is set forth in the annexed claims and cannot be restricted to the illustrative disclosures given above, under the detailed description. It is because a person skilled in the relevant art can obviously produce similar embodiments under the light of the foregoing disclosures, without departing from the main principles of the present invention.
