Abstract:
A braking device, washing machine having same, and washing machine control method; the braking device comprises a controller, a frequency converter, an arc-shaped motor (8) and an inductive part; the arc-shaped motor (8) is disposed in a washing machine outer drum (6); a washing machine inner drum (7) is provided with the inductive part, the inductive part fitting the arc-shaped motor (8) in height; the arc-shaped motor (8) is electrically connected to the frequency converter; the frequency converter is electrically connected to the controller; and the controller controls the frequency converter to output current to the arc-shaped motor (8) enabling the arc-shaped motor (8) to generate a magnetic field, and the inductive part brakes the rotation of the inner drum under magnetic force. The controller controls the frequency converter to output current to the arc-shaped motor (8), such that the inductive part of the inner drum rotates the inner drum under the magnetic force in the magnetic field generated by the arc-shaped motor (8), or the direction of the current outputted to the arc-shaped motor (8) can be changed to obtain inverse magnetic force to brake the rotation of the inner drum. The present invention can realize braking of the inner drum, without braking failure due to the wear or fatigue of a braking device.
