Abstract:
Provided is a branch connector capable of supporting a waterproofing gel in a compressed state to achieve the desired waterproofing function, and suppressing the repelling force in the opening direction of a pair of separable housings to stably maintain the closed state.
Each of the pair of separable housings (a first separable housing (10), a second separable housing (20)) has a gel escape space (Z) located further to the outer periphery than a gel support space (Y), whereinto a portion of the waterproofing gels (a first waterproofing gel (70), a second waterproofing gel (80)) that has been compressed in the gel support space (Y) escapes.
