Abstract:
A branching device which enables firm and reliable connection to a cable without opening its case and allows a large current to pass therethrough. Holding blocks (9 and 9) having holding grooves (9a) in their split surfaces are positioned in a block housing (9b) formed at the connection position of the internal surface of a cover (1). A split pipe (8) fixed to the end of a transmission line is placed between the grooves (9a) and fixed with a screw (9c) through a screw hole (3c).
