Abstract:
A braze-welding diamond tool improved structure, has diamond mill grain(2) and metallic basal body(l,3) comprising keywalls(12,31,34,35,14,15,16) setted in circumference. The diamond mill grain(2) is brazed in keywalls (12,31,34,35,14,15,16) of the metallic basal body(l,3) and is distributed along length direction of keywalls( 12,31,34, 35,14,15,16). The diamond mill grain(2) has the lean of the keywalls(12,31,34,35, 14,15,16) on both side walls, so the basal body(l,3) has higher hold to the diamond mill grain(2). The structure improves the useful time of the diamond tool, and increases the bareness height of the diamond mill grain(2). The structure improves the working efficiency of the diamond tool. The diamond mill grain(2) of the diamond tool is distributed close along the length direction of the keywalls(12,31,34,35,14,15,16), to form many close-connecting working linings, further improves the useful time.
