Abstract:
A brazing device using an induction heating coil is disclosed. The disclosed brazing device using an induction heating coil comprises: a core body in which a pair of u-shaped or E-shaped cores are arranged such that open sides thereof face each other to form a magnetic path; a support gap which is formed by the disconnection of the magnetic path of the core body, and in which an object to be welded, made of a ferromagnetic or inverse magnetic body, is inserted so as to be fixed and supported in a clamped state by means of the core body; and a heating coil which is provided on the core body in a state of crossing the support gap while forming a groove corresponding to the support gap, so as to receive high frequency power, and which performs thermogenic action for brazing a welding part of the object to be welded while generating eddy currents caused by magnetic flux flowing through the object to be welded when the high frequency power is supplied.
