Abstract:
A bread removal device that can remove bread from a baking mold such that the shape of the bread is not damaged and operating precision is not reduced is achieved by a simple structure.
A bread removal device (101) is provided with a mounting part (313), a holding part (330), and an inverting part (337). In the mounting part (313), a baking mold (C) with bread (B) therein, which has an opening (C1) in the upper surface and is transported along a transport direction (A1), is mounted such that the opening (C1) is facing upward. The holding part (330) is positioned above the mounting part (313). The holding part (330) moves toward and away from the mounting part (313) and holds the bread (B) that is in the baking mold (C) in place. The inverting part (337) inverts the mounting part (313), the holding part (330), and the baking mold (C) sandwiched therebetween together substantially 180º centered on an inversion axis (314) parallel to the transport direction (A1).
