Abstract:
A bread toaster having a body (5). Provided in the body (5) is an electric heating assembly. Two side doors (6) respectively are provided on two sides of the body (5). Included between each side door (6) and the body (5) are: a side door heat insulation plate (1) that is mounted on the side of the side door (6) facing the body (5) and moves with the side door (6); a frame (2) for holding a food rack (3) in place is provided on the side of the side door heat insulation plate (1) facing the body (5); the food rack (3) into which bread or other food can be placed is provided in a dismountable manner in the frame (2); and two compressed springs (4), one end of each compressed spring (4) being arranged on the frame (2) and the other end butting against the side door heat insulation plates (1). Toasting food on the two sides of the bread toaster is easy and consumers will not be burnt the relevant components. In addition, the food rack (3) is easy to mount and dismount, thereby enabling consumers to conveniently clean the crumb tray (32) of the food rack (3).
