Abstract:

A breadmaking tray according to the present invention comprises a breadmaking tray body (B) in which: (i) a fluorine resin film (2) having a thickness of 75-500 μm is laminated on a metal substrate (1) through heat bonding; (ii) a plurality of holes (h) are punched; and (iii) a plate form bent in a corrugated form is provided, and additionally, the breadmaking tray can further comprise a frame (A) for supporting the body (B). A method for manufacturing a breadmaking tray, according to the present invention, comprises the steps of: (i) manufacturing a base plate (D) by laminating, on a metal substrate (1), a fluorine resin film (2) having a thickness of 75-500 μm through a heat bonding method under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions; (ii) punching holes (h) in the base plate (D) manufactured as above; and (iii) molding the base plate (D), in which the holes (h) are punched as above, into the shape of the breadmaking tray body (B) bent in a corrugated form. The breadmaking tray of the present invention has an excellent release property since, during a breadmaking process, flour dough comes into contact with only the inner walls of holes (h) punched into the fluorine resin film (2) having a superior release property, without coming into contact with the inner walls of holes (h) punched into the metal substrate (1). The method for manufacturing a breadmaking tray, according to the present invention, has effects of improving workability of a manufacturing process, improving a release property by preventing pin-hole generation and the like during fluorine resin coating, extending a service life, and preventing environmental pollution at a workshop.
