Abstract:
A breakdown diagnosis system (100) for predicting breakdowns of industrial machines (21,22,...,2n) on the basis of prediction rules for predicting breakdowns of the industrial machines (21,22,...,2n), the system comprising a prediction rule generation unit 15. If a sudden breakdown, which is a breakdown that prediction based on the prediction rules does not support, occurs in the industrial machines (21,22,...,2n), the prediction rule generation unit (15) generates, on the basis of adjustments of analysis model parameters and learning data parameters of the prediction rules, a new prediction rule for predicting the sudden breakdown.
