Abstract:
A breaker operation mechanism comprises a handle (2) and a moving contact (11), and further comprises a lock catch (6), a moving contact bracket (5) and a handle push rod(3), wherein a lock catch groove is formed in one end of the lock catch (6); one end of the moving contact bracket (5) is fixedly connected with the moving contact (11); the other end of the moving contact bracket (5) is provided with a bracket groove; one end of the handle push rod (3) is connected with the handle (2); the other end of the handle push rod (3) is arranged in the lock catch groove and the bracket groove; the handle push rod (3) can drive the lock catch (6) and the moving contact bracket (5) to rotate when sliding in the lock catch groove and the bracket groove; the width of a notch formed by the lock catch groove and the bracket groove is smaller than the width of the handle push rod (3) when the breaker is connected. In the disconnection or connection process of the breaker operation mechanism, the handle push rod is in line contact with the lock catch and the moving contact bracket, friction force is small, and therefore the service life of the breaker is prolonged, and the reliability of the disconnection process of the breaker is improved.
