Abstract:
A breaker, comprising a base (1) and a cover, the front face of the end to be wired of the base (1) being provided with a first counterbore (31), the undersurface of the end to be wired of the base (1) being provided with an annular second counterbore (32), a hollow boss (3a) being formed between the first counterbore (31) and the second counterbore (32), the first counterbore (31) being located on the boss (3a). When the breaker is used for front-panel wiring, a terminal screw is positioned in the first counterbore (31) for electrical insulation; and when the breaker is used for back-panel wiring, the boss (3a) is removed by means of an external force, and the terminal screw is positioned in the second counterbore (32) for electrical insulation. Therefore, the breaker has the characteristics of compact structure and low production cost, and can also reduce the stock material in work; in addition, the breaker has better insulation effect.
