Abstract:
The present invention relates to breakwater units and a method for connecting same, and more specifically, to the configuration and connection of the units that constitute breakwater for absorbing or dispersing wave energy delivered from the inner sea. In particular, a unit of breakwater according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a first structure body for dispersing wave energy; a connecting portion extending from the first structure body and joining thereto; and a portion of a second structure body connected with the end of the connecting portion, wherein when a plurality of the units are interconnected, the portions of the second structure bodies formed in the different units, respectively, will gather and are interconnected to form a second structure body.
