Abstract:
A breaststroke leg strength training device comprises a lower panel (4), and a prone platform (2) that is connected to the lower panel (4) by means of an elastic belt (1) and located below one side of the lower panel (4). A slit (5) consistent with a movement locus of breaststroke feet is provided on the lower panel (4), an elastic strip attachment column (6) is provided on each of two sides of the slit (5) and is located on the lower panel (4). Two pedal center shafts (7) moving back and forth in the slit (5) are provided in the slit (5) of the lower panel (4), and extend to a position below the lower panel (4). The elastic belt (1) is connected to the elastic strip attachment columns (6) by means of a fixed beam (13) fixed to the prone platform (2) and the two pedal center shafts (7). A trainee can train all muscle groups participating in breaststroke leg actions by using the training device, and the breaststroke leg actions of the trainee can be standardized and corrected.
