Abstract:
The present invention relates to a breath biopsy method for extracting, amplifying, and detecting a target material included in exhaled gas by using a mask and a breath biopsy apparatus using same. According to the breath biopsy method and the breath biopsy apparatus, the target material can be captured in a non-invasive manner by a subject him/herself, even if not a skilled person, and a large amount of the target material can be captured according to the wearing time, leading to an increase in sensitivity of detection, and the captured target material can be stored for a long time and delivered over a long distance in a frozen condition, thereby enabling remote examination without the damage of the target material.
