Abstract:
Provided is a breather structure which can maintain hydraulic pressure within a hydraulic pressure chamber. A breather structure (10) is provided with: a connection passage (12) which connects a cylinder oil chamber (83) and the atmosphere; and a stem (13) which is disposed within the connection passage (12). A stem receiving section (14) is formed on the side of the connection passage (12) which faces the cylinder oil chamber (83), the stem receiving section (14) allowing the stem (13) to be installed therein with clearance (18) provided therebetween, the clearance (18) enabling air to be discharged from the cylinder oil chamber (83) and maintaining hydraulic pressure within the cylinder oil chamber (83). An air discharge section (15) open to the atmosphere is formed on the atmosphere side of the connection passage (12). Also, a pit section (16) which opens the clearance (18) to the air discharge section (15) and a restriction section (17) which restricts the movement of the stem (13) to the air discharge section (15) side are formed on the inner peripheral surface of the connection passage (12).
