Abstract:

The present invention relates to a breathing training system and method linked with a breathing detection device. A rehabilitation training method comprises the steps of: providing breathing training content to a user terminal; receiving breathing data for a user's inhalation or exhalation, measured by the breathing detection device while the user completes the breathing training content; receiving performance data for the breathing training content from the user terminal; calculating the user's breathing pattern on the basis of the breathing data, and determining whether the calculated breathing pattern is within a preset reference range; and adjusting inhalation resistance or exhalation resistance of the breathing detection device so as to control the user's breathing when the breathing pattern is out of the preset reference range, wherein the breathing data is measured by a breathing detection module which is installed inside the breathing detection device, has one surface of the sealed outer surface thereof made of an elastic material, and has a pressure sensor therein.
