Abstract:
A breathing normalizer (10) for partial insertion within the user's mouth to normalize breathing patters, and to prevent snoring, teeth grinding, and light forms of sleep apnea is disclosed. A breathing normalizer includes: an outer shield (30) positioned external to the user's mouth which in user, an elongated hollow shaft (16) for connecting outer shield (30) to a lip plate (18), that is adapted to be received between the user's lips and teeth and a generally C-shaped multi-lobed structure (12) adapted for receiving the user's tongue.
