BREATHING VENTILATED SOLE AND VENTILATED SHOES

A breathing ventilated sole (10) comprises a surface pad (10-1), a middle pad (10-2), a midsole (10-3) and a bottom piece (10-4) from top to bottom in order. The midsole (10-3) has a depressed part on its top surface. The surface pad (10-1) and the middle pad (10-2) are overlapped in the depressed part. A plurality of run-through grooves (10-3-1) extending transversely are provided on the bottom surface of the midsole (10-3). Run-through vent holes (10-3-2, 10-2-1) extending vertically are formed on each groove and on the middle pad (10-2) as well. Vent orifices (10-1-1) are provided on the surface pad (10-1) in a lattice pattern. The bottom piece (10-4) is attached to the bottom surface of the midsole (10-3) to form ventilated passages with the grooves (10-3-1). The sole sucks and discharges air with the reciprocating deformation of the shoes, which keeps the air in the shoes fresh, dry and clean, and avoids the foul smell. A ventilated shoe with an upper and the sole is provided.
