Abstract:
Disclosed are a brewing device and a beverage dispenser therewith. The brewing device comprises: a base (100); a capsule seat (200) mounted on the base (100); an injection module (300) movably connected to the base (100) and able to move towards or move away from the capsule seat (200) in a preset direction; a sliding rail (500), with one end of the sliding rail (500) being borne on the capsule seat (200) and the other end of the sliding rail (500) being rotatably mounted on the capsule seat (200); and a driving module, which is used for driving the sliding rail (500) to rotate in the process of the injection module (300) moving away from the capsule seat (200) in the preset direction, so as to make the end of the sliding rail (500) borne by the capsule move away from the capsule seat (200), such that the sliding rail (500) brings a capsule away from an accommodating cavity of the capsule seat (200) and enables the capsule to slide to a designated position along the sliding rail (500). The brewing device can realise automatic recovery of the capsule after brewing is finished, so that manual recovery by a user is not required.
