Abstract:
The invention relates to brewing, in particular to a brewing method and device. In order to increase the performance of a brewery and improve the quality of beer by preserving the natural taste properties thereof after the preparation of a hot wort, beer is put inside an isothermal reservoir for transporting said beer at an overpressure of an inert gas within a city or a region in such a way that it makes it possible to produce the beer at the points of sale thereof.
