Abstract:
A bridge building device and a construction method therefor. The bridge building device comprises a bridge erecting machine (1), a movement rail (2), a moving crane (3), and a bridge foundation construction device (4). The bridge erecting machine (1) is provided with a rear support (1-1), a middle support (1-2), and a front support (1-3). The bottoms of the rear support (1-1) and the middle support (1-2) are provided with traveling devices (1-1-1, 1-2-1), respectively. The bottom of the front support (1-3) is provided with a traveling device (1-3-1). The traveling devices (1-1-1, 1-2-1) of the rear support (1-1) and the middle support (1-2) operate on an erected beam (8), and the traveling device (1-3-1) of the front support (1-3) operates on the movement rail (2). The front support (1-3) is also provided with a lifting support device (1-3-2) which is supported on piers (7) when the bridge erecting machine (1) performs craning or the movement rail (2) is in operation. The rear end of the movement rail (2) is provided with a rear lifting support device (2-1). The bottom of the rear lifting support device (2-1) is supported on the piers (7). By means of the bridge building device, the bridge foundation (6), the piers (7) and the beam (8) can be constructed. The bridge building device is suitable for constructing the bridge foundation (6) and erecting a bridge; the bridge foundation (6) is prefabricated segment by segment or in a whole and is sunk segment by segment or in a whole, no cofferdam is required, construction is simple, and construction period is short.
