Abstract:
In consideration of the diversification of required properties, the present disclosure improves a bright pigment from a viewpoint other than vividness and intensity of coloring. The present disclosure provides a bright pigment comprising a flake-like base and a coating film that is on the flake-like base and that contains zirconium oxide, wherein the mean deviation (MMD) of mean frictional coefficient is not more than 1.5. Also provided is a bright pigment comprising a flake-like base and a coating film that is on the flake-like base and that contains zirconium oxide, wherein specific surface area is not less than 0.5 cm2/g.
