Abstract:
Provided in the present disclosure are a brightness adjustment method, an apparatus and a storage medium. The brightness adjustment method comprises: when a screen of a terminal is lit up, increasing the backlight level of a screen image from an initial backlight level to a target backlight level; on the basis of a first brightness value of any pixel point included in the screen image at the target backlight level, dividing all pixel points included in the screen image into a first type of pixel points and a second type of pixel points; and keeping the first brightness value of the first type of pixel points unchanged, and reducing the brightness value of the second type of pixel points from the first brightness value to a second brightness value. The brightness adjustment method provided in the embodiments of the present disclosure may enhance the contrast of bright and dark parts in a screen image, thus making bright and dark details in the screen image clearer.
