Abstract:
A bristle material for a brush. The bristle material for a brush is characterized by being configured using a regional-division-type composite fiber that is formed from at least two types of resin phase. At a fiber horizontal cross-section, regions formed from the at least two types of resin phase are divided in circumferential angle directions into 2-32 regions. A brush that uses said bristle material for a brush. The present invention can provide a bristle material that is for a brush and that can achieve a good balance between excellent cleaning properties at gap regions of a thing to be cleaned and excellent massaging effects with respect to the thing to be cleaned, and that can also achieve a unique feel, etc. and has an excellent appearance. The present invention can also provide a brush that uses said bristle material for a brush.
