Abstract:
The present invention provides a broad-temperature-range, low-shrinkage, strongly-acidic-electrolyte-resistant polypropylene composite material, a preparation method therefor and use thereof. The polypropylene composite material of the present invention comprises the following components: 60-75 parts by weight of PP resin, 15-40 parts by weight of a flaky inorganic filler, 3-5 parts by weight of a compatibilizer, 0.2-1 part by weight of a hyperbranched polymer, and 0-1 part by weight of an additional additive, wherein the flaky inorganic filler is a talcum powder with a lamellarity index of ≥2 and/or a mica powder with a diameter-to-thickness ratio of ≥80; the branch chain ends of the hyperbranched polymer are hydroxyl groups, and the number average molecular weight is 2500-3000 g/mol. The polypropylene composite material of the present invention, in a broader temperature range (-30-80 °C), maintains a low coefficient of linear expansion (<110 μm/(m•°C)). After soaking in the electrolyte of a flow battery at 70 °C for 1000 h, the material has a tensile strength retention of 90% or above, and the tensile strength retention can reach as high as 98.2%.
